If you bike requires repairs beyond our capabilities, we will transport it to a bike shop for you.
We prefer for customers to pay on the website, which accepts a range of payment methods including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat, and others. We also accept cash and Venmo. We cannot accept Bear Bucks.

WashU policy prohibits students from charging their e-bikes indoors. Please plan to charge your bike at a designated outdoor charging station.
If your e-bike needs maintenance or repairs during your rental period, please bring it back to our store. We will handle all necessary repairs to ensure the bike is in good working condition. Do not attempt to repair the bike yourself.
